For the fourth time Gomde DK invites you to
participate in Kumari youth program.

A combination of meditation,

guidance and karma yoga.

You will travel widely within
Buddhist philosophy, meditation practice,

and learn how to use it creatively in everyday life.

You will participate in

Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche's seminar

and receive Buddhist insights under the guidance of Buddhist monks and senior students.

Kumari participants also help out at Gomde
three to four hours each day.

Here is a rich opportunity to spend the
summer forming spiritual friendships in
beautiful nature and discover your inner timelessness.

Age 18-30 years
The program is limited to 10 participants
It costs 400 Euro for the entire month.
